I’ve had several incidents where I wasn’t happy and several that went very well! Today, I had my husband to drive me to Care Plus...pulled up at 5:24 and it was closed. No one in sight. Closed down before 5:24 and hours say they are open until 6! This is a problem! There’s no other offices around open either! I’m not a happy patient right now!
Everytime I have been there everybody has been so nice and usually doesn't take a long time to be seen.
I have always had great service until today. I arrived at 05:26 p.m. no one in lobby, was told they wasn't seeing no one eles. but open 06:00?
Sorry to report that they let my family down today -- after standing in line a couple of minutes, inside, we were turned away at 5:30 -- Dr would not see any more patients today. Even though the sign outside said 6pm. It would have been better if someone had met us outside and turned us away, before our ride had driven away.
Extremely slow! I have been sitting here for an hour and a half just to take a drug test, while 4 other patients have went back that came in after me. Update! I’m still here, but I am back now. Someone came in and asked me about this post, she explained that their is a lot going on. I completely understand, just a heads up would have been nice. Thanks for taking time and talking to me. I will update this again when I leave.
I want to give Care Plus, Dr. Ben Favis, Dawn and nursing staff a BIG THANK YOU. You got me in and out quickly as well as others. Love y'all so much!
