The office is always clean and Dr. Favis and his staff very efficient. Thanks for taking care of me today. I was one miserable lady!

Care Plus is more than a walk in clinic. They are genuinely concerned with each patient. I have had personal experience with Dr Favis and Dr Groves. They are both really thorough and they have my good health in mind. Dawn Vaughn is the best!! A very good friend and awesome witness for Christ!! Billy Casey has been my nurse two times. Very professional!!! The office staff is as friendly as it gets. If you are sick...even if you are not, it's worth your time to visit Care Plus in Albertville!!! God Bless!!
I got taken to a room pretty quickly and the nurse took my vitals and then after about 20 minutes of waiting for the doctor to come in I was told he left to go to lunch, wouldn't be back for another ten minutes or so, and still had one other patient to see before he could see me. Needless to say I'm not happy with my experience here today.
