My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. They have a consistent pattern of not returning phone calls. Even when the receptionist says someone will return your call, it often never happens. Communication is one of the most important parts of providing care, and this agency has repeatedly failed in that area. Most recently on 08/2026 a caregiver she was scheduled to provide care for my elderly mom but did not show up, and the office did not bother to notify me that she would not be coming.
