My mother underwent a knee replacement and required long-term assistance after returning home. Kaiser referred her to Care Partners for in-home care during her recovery. Completely unresponsive management. As a former caregiver for this facility, the home aids truly want what’s best for their clients, but it is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone in the care management team. I’ve had countless texts and voicemails go unanswered for weeks. I would not recommend this group to care for your vulnerable loved ones.
We’ve had such a wonderful experience with respite care for my 4-year-old daughter. We had been offered respite through the Regional Center before, but I was always hesitant.
