My mother is a stage 4 cancer patient who has received multiple surgeries and is undergoing ongoing treatment. All of it has increasingly taken its toll on her. Working here as a staff I felt undervalued and not appreciated. Communication was horrible and Goodluck trying to get a hold of anyone for a shift or any scheduling coordinator and they try to blame you for it by the way saying you never reached out. Not only would I get complaints from parents that they were also very unreliable with them but also with their staff. Lina @ Care Partners at Home has been such a delight to work with. She was a tremendous help to me all along the way in this journey of home care. My mother underwent a knee replacement and required long-term assistance after returning home. Kaiser referred her to Care Partners for in-home care during her recovery. Over the course of several weeks, I worked closely with Lina while arranging the additional support my mother needed following her surgery, which had been significantly delayed due to the Kaiser strike.
