This review is long over due!!! Constant call offs by nurses and no help and the staff here are blamed, wrong! I see some say they are horrible, how, they go above and BEYOUND for our family! I blame the lazy ones, the nurses that call off with no timely notification in consideration people have work to as caregivers to pay bills and live! This agency has to call and sometimes it takes hours to cover but, they cover every time a nurse is willing to work to cover. JONATHAN FLORES IS A JOKE!!!! ASK THE FUSTRATED NURSES THAT WORK FOR HIM, ASK THE MANY CLIENTS THAT HAVE TO CONTINEOUSLY CALL MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET AN ANSWER. DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HIS OWN POLICY WHEN ASKED BY A LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE. JOKE JOKE JOKE JOKE!!! HIRE SOMEONE THAT CARE FOR THE PATIENTS, NOT OUT THERE TO MAKE A PAYCHECK.
