Went with this company at the suggestion of a case manager and all seemed well in the beginning. Over time we ran into various reasons where the care givers that were sent out to the home did not fit well. This can happen with any agency. There have been less people we have complained about than fingers on one hand. The owner proceeded to call us and tell us that we were too picky and hard to please.
