Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. They call and say you can come in and be seen. It’s been 2.5 hours and still nothing. I managed to take a nap in the exam room, and I’m still waiting. Update: 3 hours later and the care I received was inadequate at best. The doctor said he would give me something but then didn’t order it. I asked the nurse to send my prescriptions to a 24hr pharmacy since my local pharmacy would be closed by the time I got there. She assured me she would. Surprise - They didn’t have it. My first time to use this clinic and I did the online check in. It was very convenient and when I received the call to come in, I was greeted and my appointment wait was less than 5 minutes. I liked the PA he took his time and listened. I will return to this clinic in the future when needed.
Absolute worst urgent care Ive ever been to. Will never go back.
I have always had great experiences at the CareNow North Garland. I always use online check in, & I rarely have to wait long. The PA I recently saw--Neil--was excellent. The people at the front desk were, also. I highly recommend this facility.
