Horrible service!!! No even seen by a doctor, the whole process last 5 hours. Standard visit 185.00 with 2 insurances and without insurance I was supposed to pay 160.00. Asked to take only one of the insurance, lady denied to do the process again. It only takes a little more time to try again. Their attitude, the rolling eyes, their lack of interest in trying to help. the waiting...This is not a place I recomend. Although I have to say that the medical assistant was very cordial and nice. I felt worse than when I came in.
You guys suck !!! First off The old lady nurse Melissa coughed and without regard to others put the same hand on the doorway and handle. you perps have hand sanitizr.on hand. secondly...,I was treated with Disrespect from my Chain of custody handler. . Like I said....You peeps compromised the chain of custody. my handler actually dropped the glove on the floor and touched my specimen. I have nothing to hide but I will be contacting my attorney. I feel that my specimen has been compromised.

I am a frequent visitor of this location and I love all the providers here. I went to the S. Garland location tonight because it was faster. After a long wait I was called finally and the provider was such a jerk. He treated me like I was drug seeking antibiotics. 😲😡 he was not only rude but he was incompetent. My experience at that location made me appreciate the N. Garland location and Dr. Rodriguez that much more! Next time I will wait to be seen at North Garland.
