I did check in online and they call me to go , once I got the everything was fast and smooth to provide the information with the nurse, and they put me in a room there is where the wait start, took more than 30 minutes into the doctor show, after that everything was great I have the flu 😷

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Not only am I still waiting on a prescription from 48 hours ago, I was in office for 4 HOURS even after I web checked in & was called telling me a room was ready for me. On top of that one of the Male Dr. was huffing and puffing, whining and complaining to the front desk staff about how bad he wanted to go home in front of me as I was proceeding to get my paperwork to leave. How completely unprofessional.
The doctor was great (Neil). He had my husband health issue in mind when prescribing a prescription for pain for a thorax contusion. X-ray tech was amazing. My husband cannot stand for an X-ray and she helped to get him on the very talk table and helped to turn him over for more X-rays. She also helped to safely get him off the table and safely back in his wheelchair.
CareNow was very helpful and was able to get me in quickly! The staff was very nice. Thank you!
Husband waited almost three hours and received no help. Should change your name from CareNow to Don’tCare.
