Dr Purcell and her team were and are absolutely amazing and were a true community supporting, crying and cheering us on through our journey. We started with CARE after using a different dr around 5 years into our fertility journey. Dr Purcell focused on figuring out my body and was the first Dr that helped us really understand and make the leap to try IVF. She was also the only one that helped us get pregnant. Dr. Purcell, the nurses and staff are very kind, compassionate, and professional. I'm glad we chose this clinic for our IVF journey.
I was just denied care here because their office lacks the proper equipment to treat people of different sizes. I was strung along for months with misleading information only to be told that I can’t be treated there because their BED for procedures has a weight limit of 250lbs. This is medical discrimination of the highest order and I will be pursuing legal action.
