I wrote a review earlier and said they were terrible. I'm retracting that review. The first year was very hard for us because it was a new services for my Mom. Kemi did work with us to make sure my mother's Case Manager was staying on top of my mother needs. I wish that my mother's case manager would check on my mother more often like she had when she was with SOME. I will talk with Michael and Kemi to see if her case manager can be more caring.
