This veterinarian treated my cat with treatments that made no sense and made her miserable. Luckily, when I decided to put her down, I had another vet come do it. He instead saved her life for a third of what care animal hospital charged to do nothing helpful. She is now doing great and is happy. If we stayed at care animal hospital I would have lost her weeks ago.
I recently had to put my 20 year old cat "to sleep." I can't say enough good things about the compassionate care given to me by the entire staff. Needless to say I was very sad, but the kindness I received made a very painful experience a little easier. I have taken my cats to Care Animal Hospital for a long time and have always been treated so well. They have also spayed or neutered many of our Lakehead feral cats for a nominal fee! So far they are very caring and nice place ! Offering a room right away. I recommend care animal hospital any time
They try to up sell products goods and services that your pet does not require. Claimed they could not do a simple rabies shot until I paid for my dog to go through all of their ''requirements''. I asked for a copy of said ''requirements'' but apparently they could not find their own policy terms & conditions.
