We took our puppy here for her first vet trip (with us as her owners). Everyone from the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor were so kind and gentle with our very anxious baby. They were very informative and made the process so smooth. Our pupper was relaxed in their care and we got everything we needed and more from our first vet trip. We will be making Care our only vet! Thank you for the positive experience!

When I called to schedule my appointment I asked what I needed to bring, because it would be our first visit to this vet. They did not tell me what I needed for my appointment, so now my health certificate for my dog to fly tomorrow is filled out incorrect. Very unprofessional & unorganized. They also called me two hours before my appointment and told me to come in earlier, which was near impossible with us living an hour away. We will not be back! Very disappointed.
They were all just super sweet an wanted to help me with my dog
Been taking Daisy and Dexter to Care Animal for the last couple years. They both had deep teeth cleaning yesterday, and when I dropped them off, they were very nervous. The two gals that checked us in were very sweet and accommodating. I appreciate how you took the time to explain everything and allowed us to be put in a room right away so my babies wouldn't have to see the other dogs since Dexter is so fearful of other dogs. Bonus, their prices are reasonable compared to some other places in Redding.
Very quick to get in and very efficient and caring. Recommend for any need.
My mothers pit bulls are constantly getting into weird stuff. We had an incident where one of them impaled themselves on our old tetherball pole sticking out of the ground in the yard while chasing a bird. They took excellent care of her. I would highly recommend them.
