Make sure you keep your receipts for all services rendered. In July, 2018 I paid $700 to board my dogs for two weeks then in March, 2019 I receive an invoice in the mail that I owe them for the boarding back in July,2018. I spoke with Mellisa St Claire and she informed me due to that I don’t have my receipt from almost a year ago I have to pay the $700 again or they will turn it into collections. Their doctors and staff are very compassionate and dedicated to seeing that your pet gets the best care and they are very friendly andHelpful with any concerns you may have with your animal. Best veterinary clinic in the area hands-down
My husband and I walked in on a Sunday morning with our dog in non-progressive labor. Although we had not brought her there before (we live an hour away), my parents have used CAH for 21 years with all of their dogs. I left a voicemail that we were on our way, and they were expecting us. The pups didn’t make it, but Dr. Hobson performed an emergency c-section and saved our girl’s life! We are forever grateful for this experience and will continue to drive the hour each way for all of our future needs.
For all my puppies, these are definitely puppy people. A very friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable group. I would definitely recommend Care Animal Hospital!
My dog 🐕 has been sick for days and even though it was a Saturday night when I called they got me right in and the dr came from out of town to help Jax all the girls were super nice and understanding

Care Animal Hospital has done nothing but continue to impress me... The first time working with Dr. Avila was one of the worst days because I had to say goodbye to my 13 year old Tank but I can easily say Dr Avila and staff made such a bad day so much more bearable.... Care Animal Hospital is by far the most caring facility I’ve ever taken an animal to. They answered all of my questions, made scheduling an appointment quick and easy, and have excellent customer service. I am so grateful for this place. I’d definitely recommend Care Animal Hospital.
