My dog was seen at this vet and I must say their staff is honestly the most friendly and caring to people and pets I have ever encountered. They also follow up after your animal has been cared for. Customer service and professional physician knowledge is exemplified here and the number 1 reason to make your business grow. Great place! Staff was very friendly and caring! Dr Downie was informative and honest. She gave us different options for our dog and helped us find the best solution in our budget. Excellent job all the way around. My wife and I are sold and will continue to use Dr Downie and Care Animal Hospital.
Our dog had some skin growths removed. Originally it was going to be just 2 but they took off 3 and still stayed very close to their estimated cost of what the surgery would be. Our dog is an older dog but is doing very well with no complications. They did a great job
Very caring! We have been going here ever since we got our Golden-doodle (1 year old) and absolutely love the staff! The veterinarians are all friendly and never in a rush, front office staff is always nice and our dog has boarded their many times with no complaints from us. Building is always clean and never smells like animals. We will continue to come here and definitely recommend them! Thank you so much for all your loving care. The Brandts
