I have been trying to make an appointment as a new patient for my husband for 3 weeks now . Everytime I call the same guy answers and he transfers me to billing who makes the appointments . She never answers or calls back. Every time I call back again he says the billing person will pick up to make the appointment …. Shocker they don’t. I have left 3 messages now and no call back. This was a pcp that was assigned by his insurance we just called and changed doctors who answered first time calling.
If I could give 0 's I would. I'm sorry, but I honestly have no idea how this woman ever got her medical degree. The appt's take SOOO LONG because she CONSTANTLY repeats herself, for no reason. I've told her... Yes, I get it, I heard you the first 4 times you told me. Yet, the REALLY IMPORTANT things she should tell you, she DOESN'T!!! Like the fact that I CANNOT get a normal TB test because I've had Active TB. So what the hell is it that you injected into my arm??? Seriously, completely incompetent!!!
The office needs more help or to schedule less people during the day because you can schedule an appointment at the start of there day example 8 30 and u won't be seen if your lucky till 11 it's crazy how long it takes to see a dr here
