DR Rohm is awesome and besides having to wait a long time when at a appointment things go pretty well......HOWEVER, IF YOU EVER NEED TO CALL A NURSE FOR QUESTIONS REGARDING TEST RESULTS OR MEDICATION, GOOD LUCK....THEY RARELY ANSWER THE PHONE AND RARELY RETURN PHONE CALLS.
Have been waiting over 4 weeks for test results that have been sent to CVG. Also sent two messages that have never been answered. Will never use this practice again.
Dr Lovelock listened and responded to all my questions with real interest, as he didn’t just nod and smile when I was talking. He answered all my follow-up questions, reflected on my statements, and showed empathy towards my feelings and concerns for an upcoming medical procedure. And the nurses and staff were very professional and accommodating.
We really wanted to share our appreciation to Dr. Gangasani and the CVG team for their care. With special thanks to Drsihti and Trinity for going the extra mile at the front desk. Thank you!
