The worst doctor I've ever seen. They want me to keep coming back one visit at a time when it is not efficient from me and I'm far away need to take the whole day off from work. They don't do multiple tests at the same day and want to keep collecting my copay which is a high amount. They won't send my reports to my primary care doctor because again they want to collect my copay and waste a whole day of my time. The doctors here are top notch. The support staff is awful. It’s hard to believe that competent professionals can’t be found to staff the office. The doctors will save your life but the staff may kill you.
Update: 4 months after they cashed a check, they're still sending invoices for the same amount. Their billing department are thieves. Don't get a diagnostic test done with this group or with JC Medical Center, they only take cash unless you want to order checks from your bank. What type of backwards practice doesn't take credit cards?
