I loved the staff RN was great but the cardiologist not so much and that’s ultimately why I was there…. Doctors seem to forget there are many doctors and we are customers for the medical field. I scheduled my appointment here because of the reviews and saw Hassan Alkhawam, who left me with more questions than answers and no direction and with Heart failure reduced EF 25% is serious enough condition that he could have given me more than 10 minutes of his time what he was paid to see me, I was prescribed 2 medications to add t... read more
Clinic was clean and getting in was easy. Reception was so kind and worked me in super quick thanks to a cancellation. I saw Dr. Benjamin Plaisance, my experience was 10/10. Dr. Plaisance took his time with me and truly listened to me. He was so incredibly kind and he validated my concerns. Finding good doctors can be somewhat difficult but not at Cardiology Specialists of Birmingham. Thank you Dr. Plaisance for treating me so kindly.
My mom saw Dr. Alkhawam today and was very impressed. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, clearly skilled, and confident in his approach. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality care. Thanks Dr Don for referring us to Dr A
