Dr. Michael Ling is excellent. I think the concern around response times is linked to the fact that for years Google had to WRONG number for their office. I had to go back into my phone log to see the right number and then submit a correction / edit. I have had Dr. Ling for over a decade now and he / the staff have always been responsive, timely and patient in their dealings with me.
No one answers the phone and when you leave a message no obe return your call.
