The reason for a 2 star is when you walk up to the receptionist she asks you for all to hear your full name birthday address, insurance information telephone number date of birth.It is absolutely ridiculous they ask you for all to hear.I've asked them on numerous occasions not to say my personal information out loud yet every time I come in they do it again and again it pisses me off beyond belief.
Could not think of new family doctor I spelled it wrong and then found it on my phone return to front desk to give it to the person and as soon as I walk away the remark was she spell it wrong
The entire staff we encountered (7 people) at my appointment with Dr Van Why were more than just friendly; all were very helpful and equally pleasant to deal with, so much so that it left a very positive impression of CCP of Lansdale, in January 2025. I have called them 3 times altogether at the start of my dealings with them, and at no time did I wait long to speak to someone after the prompts on the phone.
