It's rare to have medical appointments start on time, but all 3 started early for me! Every member of the staff is excellent. They are friendly, patient and caring. It is a breath of fresh air to experience a practice that is truly five star.
I personally am not a patient of this practice but had to submit a review about my husband's appointment experience today. We arrived LAST Friday for his checkup appt and upon arriving in, was notified that the appt was canceled and that he was scheduled for today at the same time. Ok...understand there may have been a miscommunication. So...we arrive TODAY for his appointment and when he goes to check in was told Dr. Morse was running behind and did NOT have time to see him today and thus had to be rescheduled...again! Fantastic cardiologist place. Been very well taken care of
The reason for a 2 star is when you walk up to the receptionist she asks you for all to hear your full name birthday address, insurance information telephone number date of birth.It is absolutely ridiculous they ask you for all to hear.I've asked them on numerous occasions not to say my personal information out loud yet every time I come in they do it again and again it pisses me off beyond belief.
Could not think of new family doctor I spelled it wrong and then found it on my phone return to front desk to give it to the person and as soon as I walk away the remark was she spell it wrong
