Great environment. Staff is friendly and efficient. This is my second time in their clinic and the experience has been what a good office should be like.
I was scheduled for a televisit with Louise Bolte this morning at 9:00 am. As instructed, I logged on at 8:30 am and waited until 9:40 only to find that she didn't show for our appointment. I logged off and called the office right away and was told she had left for the day for an emergency but no one called to tell me that. I was online waiting for her for an hour and 10 minutes. Dr VanWhy has been truly supportive of my care. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and addresses them. Was able to get an appointment after hospital discharge right away when needed. She truly cares about her patients as do the rest of the staff. I highly recommend her for anyone needing a Cardiologist!!
New Doctor Paula is so nice. Explains everything and listens! Technical staff is excellent. Difficult to reach by phone, but has improved. Added an APP to make appointments and request med's for Rx renew. I continue to use their services.
