I give 2 stars only because they were very prompt with the calls and the appointment. Otherwise, I was alone with my son in the waiting room, for 30 minutes, the lady from the front desk had all her personal stuff there and the computer unlocked, which I find very unprofessional and serious, no sense of patient data privacy and security. Also, very hard to communicate with them.
I wish I could give them a zero There is no handicap parking nor is there a handicap washroom. The place is dirty and the staff are not friendly. When you call nobody answers the phone nor do they return calls or emails. They should be providing a way to courier the monitor back to the office especially when someone lives an hour away. I’ve had mine for almost 2 weeks without a way to return it. Very frustrating. I wish my doctor sent me somewhere else.
This clinic is not even wheelchair accessible. How absurd!
A place where a few employees who have no sense of punctuality or discipline and do not value other people's time or lives are seen as funny. In my opinion, such institutions should not be allowed to continue operating. Also, one who values their own life or personality should not go to such places.
