Got me in right away which suprised me. Everything went well. My advice to the owner is to fix the place up a bit...paint, wallpaper, artwork; to make it a bit more enjoyable experience for patients.
Extremely disappointed with the service at Cardio Clinic Kitchener. It's been over two months, and they still haven’t sent my BP monitoring report to my doctor. This is completely unacceptable. I only found out during my follow-up appointment when my doctor asked why it hadn’t been done! Their operations seem very questionable. They only accept cash. On behalf of my dad. He said he had a good experience there. No issues. He was there on June 21 2024.
Not professional, hard to communicate with staff even with simple tasks. They missed an appointment to call with a follow up, but were confused when we called back to reschedule the call that they did not make. Building had garbage in the elevator that looked like had been there awhile. Cardiologist was dismissive on follow up and when he couldn’t see the blood work that was done in HIS clinic, asked us to call a number to sort it out. Not professional - go elsewhere.
