Surprisingly good experience with Cardio Health. Within an hour of my doctor referring me to them, I had an appointment set up for the next business day. No wait times in the office when I showed up for any of my appointments. The space is clean, bright, and looks like any other medical-related office (I was expecting something bad based on older reviews, maybe they made improvements based on the feedback). We had a great experience with both technicians Manpreet and Utsav. They were great with their work. Give some raise to those hardworking individuals
Our second time experienced at this clinic was best overall. Manpreet & Utsav are a great team coordinator together. They are kind and listens your corncern and made us feel warmly.
This place is a scam. Billing OHIP for appointments they set up for me to discuss my results but on day of appointment they don’t t have my results yet. Waste of my time and waste of tax payer money.
My experience that Cardio Care Center on Benton Street in Kitchener was excellent. After reading some of the earlier reviews, I became a bit concerned but I should not have been. The four staff I interacted with (front desk; the technician that did my ekg, etc; the person who also attended in the office (as it was a male tech) and the person who was doing the stress tests were all very professional, friendly, welcoming and did much to put me at ease.
