This has been one of the most frustrating Healthcare experiences, i did one test never heard back from it then they call us saying that I need to get another test. And then I have tried calling back to make appointments probably about 15 to 20 times during different times of the day and they never pick up their phone ever! The monitor given to me to wear for 3 days was filthy and reeks of urine. I’ve removed the dirt but the stench remains. Cannot wait to shower.
I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. They keep calling almost every day to book an appointment, but when I tell them I’m available on a specific day, they suddenly don’t have any availability. It feels like they’re just wasting time and don’t know what they’re doing. There’s no proper scheduling system in place, and they just keep calling without any real progress. Very unprofessional experience.
This clinic is a complete joke. They call you nonstop to book an appointment, but when you finally give them your availability, they have nothing open. It’s clear they have no idea what they’re doing — just wasting your time with useless calls and zero organization. The staff seems completely clueless, and there’s no proper appointment system in place. Absolutely unprofessional and frustrating. Avoid this place at all costs.
Got me in right away which suprised me. Everything went well. My advice to the owner is to fix the place up a bit...paint, wallpaper, artwork; to make it a bit more enjoyable experience for patients.
