I'M A PERSON THAT HATES WORKING OUT AND HATES GOING TO THE GYM. THIS HAS BEEN THE ONLY WORK OUT THAT I CAN SAY I TRULY LOVE. INITIALLY, IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH COORDINATION IT CAN TAKE 2-3 CLASSES TO GET THE HANG OF IT. AFTER YOU GET THE HANG OF IT YOU CAN FOCUS ON YOUR FORM AND GETTING RESULTS. THERE WAS A TIME WHEN I WAS GOING TO THIS CLASS 4-6 TIMES A WEEK AND IT WAS THE FIRS TIME IN MY LIFE THAT I SAW FULL BODY RESULTS. I HAD MUSCLES THAT I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW EXISTED.
