I spent two days touring all of the Inland Empire dealers and I encountered many horrible car dealers. But I was surprised to see that it was the exception not the rule overall. However, when it came to this particular dealership I noticed a different attitude. They are a no BS dealer, they will negotiate with you as much as they can, are honest and courteous.
