My first time looking for a new car so I was a little worried but I was greeted by a man named Murphy and my nerves quickly went away. He was very personable and seemed to know a lot about every car we looked at. Made my first shopping experience less stressful. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership provided great customer service.
I could hang out there on my days off and feel like one of the boys. Ironic, since it was a woman who handled my account! Kelly did an amazing job of answering all my questions, walking me through the buying process, and getting me off the lot in the new-to-me beauty I saw online. Five stars across the board!
This is the second VW we've purchased from Commonwealth VW. Very happy with the dealership. Sales and finance staff are very considerate and accommodating. Got a great offer for our trade and the purchase was easy. Our past experiences with the service department have been very satisfying. The entire team is terrific and they work hard to earn your business. You can shop them last but save yourself the trouble and shop them first!
Good customer service. Christine helped a lot and worked late on helping get a car within budget as well as something I like and will drive.
This was my first car that I bought. The sales man John Carta found me a car exactly in my price range and one that best suited me. He was extremely helpful and I didn't feel pressured to spend more than I wanted. Overall it was a great experience and I love my Preowned Honda Civic!
