I recently had a wonderful experience leasing a new car at Commonwealth Motors Nissan. I traded in my 2014 Kia Cadenza for a 2018 Nissan Rogue SL. The salesman, Hector, first asked what I was looking for in a vehicle-every detail, down to the color. Once we narrowed down which model might be right for me, he made sure to have me test drive the different vehicles in that color so that I could "see myself in it." I got there and they estimated an hour. However, within less than 30 minutes they figured out what was wrong and fixed it! The lady in the service department was super nice and helpful even when I had 127 questions. I will definitely be back!

I just moved to the area from California and needed a car. I wanted to test drive a Nissan.They had plenty of new and used inventory to choose from. ERROLL MCKNIGHT was extremely professional and accommodating. Manager JD McMillan was also most helpful as well as Bobby Johnson who patiently explained all of the documents I needed to sign. I would recommend seeing Erroll as he will make you feel at ease. I walked out with just the right car for me!
Staff was FANTASTIC, friendly, and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process purchasing our new car. Derrick Davis was incredibly helpful and helped meet every need my husband and I had. Normally I do not write reviews, however since I had such an Amazing experience, when I bought my car at Bill Ray Nissan and the times I've taken my car for servicing. Everyone has been in a good mood and friendly at Bill Ray Nissan. Also, I felt they really care about my needs and desires and go way above and beyond than I've ever experienced at any other car/truck dealerships.
