This it’s my second time living here. The first time I lived here which was about 10 years ago I could not have asked for a better place to live. Cardinal Point had pool parties events Christmas parties etc. it was wonderful and so much fun. The grounds were beautiful and kept up so nicely.But this time I have been here for a little less than two years now and they have had absolutely nothing. Tammy, We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the pool situation at Cardinal Pointe. In order to maintain a safe and healthy property we are following guidance to keep the pool closed. Our team works very hard to maintain the property and we're constantly working to improve where we can.
Ive been living here for almost 2yrs now. Ive never been late on my rent or caused any problems whatsoever. I stay to myself. When something breaks or needs repair you simply put in a maintenance request and they'll supposedly come out within a couple days to fix it. They never show up. They say they'll come in monthly to change the AC filters. That never happens either. My kids and I stay sick. And in my case, the airfilters get so full of gunk it clogs the drain. I love where I live but these parking arrangements is starting to get a tad bit ridiculous they need to have stuff number and start towing people that don't live here and people that have to have there couple of cars parked right in front of there house

My daughter and I visited today and fell in love! I am in a time sensitive situation right now, we just sold our home and new owners want to be in before Christmas. If we don't get this place, we are going to be homeless. I am scared to death. We applied and just waiting to see about my credit. It's not the greatest so that makes me nervous. Cardinal Pointe is a great community! My Mom and I have only been here for about 5 months, but we both love it here! The entire staff is friendly and eager to help! Hats off to Cardinal Pointe! I give it five stars!!
