Let me start off by saying that if it weren’t for foundation communities and the resources they provide I wouldn’t be in the position of stability I am in today, however, I feel it necessary to leave a review after living at the property for 4 years and the reasons why behind the 3 star review. I love Cardinal Point—this is my second contract with them in three years. I want to highlight the two technicians: Rabah and Jeremiah. They did an amazing job, always too friendly making everything easier and getting the work done quickly ( and they made the whole process feel effortless). My only small concern is that front stuff changed meanwhile, which made things take a little longer, but overall, it a great experience.”

Not enough parking and the parking spaces are too small. There is always a strong weed smell no matter the time of day. People have children and families live there. There needs to be stricter enforcement on that. People can’t park, parking suvs and trucks in compact parking spots, parking in double spots, parking in handicap spots when they aren’t even handicap. This place needs some better management
