Technicians they sent out where awesome, customer service at the office and receptionist very rude and the greed of the company is very apparent when the work is done, making sure they take advantage of every situation financially. Would never use them again even though the technicians where great
We hired Cardinal Plumbing Electric & Septic to install the rough-in connections (sewer, water, hydro, and internet) for a new Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) being built in our backyard in Lindsay, ON. This required them to excavate a long trench to the required depth and connect these services downstream of our primary residence. I had an amazing experience. I had no idea about how a septic system works and felt very satisfied when the technician was done. Nick was fantastic. Can't wait for the next experience with you guys and thanks again for the speedy quotes.
Great technicians and fast service. But $316 to fix a blown fuse seemed overly expensive. It was $279 to come out and evaluate the issue. Maybe that’s the going rate but I was shocked that it cost that much.
