Great service, so quick, Matt was great- showed me how everything works, gave all options, and even gave me info of other equipment in my home! Was absolutely great and took less than 2 hours from consultation to fixed! (Photo is the damaged pipe removed)
A couple of Sundays ago, the leased hot water tank went kaput. Called the leasing company and they were very lackadaisical about getting it replaced. The day they were supposed to come and for 3 days after, no show and no communication. Had to make multiple calls to them to get a commitment to visit. They came, said that the tank had a leak, and weren’t sure if they had a replacement in stock. Called a couple of other plumbers to get an estimate on replacement.
