From initial outreach, the Cardinal Team communicated very efficiently and effectively with me to me make me aware of when my technician would arrive. The technician arrived in the estimated timeframe and quickly diagnosed what the issue was and gave me a plan to address it. We agreed upon the plan and he set to work, welcoming me to watch. The problem was remediated and a longer term plan was provided to help ensure that the same problem does not reoccur. A great experience end to end!

From start to finish, this was a great experience. I reached out to 4 local plumbers on Monday - Cardinal was able to book me an appointment and resolve the issue I was having within 24 hours, meanwhile I still haven't even heard back from the other companies.
