I had an appointment to view a unit today. Even confirm it with a text message this morning. After the scheduled time I sent a text message wonder where the person was that would be showing the unit, no reply, I then called the office and was told that someone would be there in about 15 to 20 minutes. This was very inconsiderate of my time and very unprofessional. what's the point of making an appointment if you are going to show up whenever you feel like it. Not someone I want to do business with.
