Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Shitty service! They don’t answer the phone, half ass install equipment. Had to pay a different company to come out and fix it so it was done the right way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! They still showed up after not acknowledging the voicemail we left and then got in their truck and erratically took off in neighborhood which is full of kids! These guys are real professionals who go above and beyond for us, the customer. We're completely impressed with how quickly we had a new unit installed (same day) at the best price for a top-line AC unit. Couldn't find a more affordable deal than this, with such good customer service. Special thanks goes out to German who coordinated the crew and really made things happen quickly.
Unprofessional and irresponsive. To schedule a service request, I had to call and text multiple times. They said they will come certain time but did not show up. After reaching them, got a text that the technician is sick. At least they could have informed and rescheduled. If you encounter any issue during warranty period, you are not going to get any support from Cardinal. Better to go with some other professional services.
Great service! I have done business with Cardinal Heating & Cooling for several years now. Recently my AC unit wasn't cooling properly on a very hot day (114 degrees). They were able to send a technician within hours after I called . The Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He had to access the attic of my house at 3pm, when it's probably the hottest time of the day, to fix the issue. I was very impressed . I highly recommend this company for new installations and service. They are top notch!
