Unprofessional and irresponsive. To schedule a service request, I had to call and text multiple times. They said they will come certain time but did not show up. After reaching them, got a text that the technician is sick. At least they could have informed and rescheduled. If you encounter any issue during warranty period, you are not going to get any support from Cardinal. Better to go with some other professional services.
Great service! I have done business with Cardinal Heating & Cooling for several years now. Recently my AC unit wasn't cooling properly on a very hot day (114 degrees). They were able to send a technician within hours after I called . The Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He had to access the attic of my house at 3pm, when it's probably the hottest time of the day, to fix the issue. I was very impressed . I highly recommend this company for new installations and service. They are top notch!
German and his team at Cardinal Heating & Cooling did a great job installing my new AC unit. He was on-site the entire time and made sure everything went smoothly. Super professional, easy to work with, and a genuinely nice guy. I’d definitely have him or his techs back for maintenance in the future. Highly recommend. 👍🏻👍🏻
