My 2012 Lincoln MKT Ecoboost engine was taken to Cardinal Ford on January 1st 2021 for check engine light and oil lamp indicator on the dash board display. On January 3rd I was contacted by service rep ***** with a diagnostic report of P0016 findings. ***** explained the action needed to repair vehicle where to replace 2 VT Solenoids, which require engine manifold's to be taken apart to get to bank 1 and bank 2 to replace Solenoids. I bought my F250 from Cardinal Ford. In the agreement I had free oil changes up to ******* miles. *** that Cardinal Ford owns the business they are not honoring the agreement. I only have ****** miles on the vehicle. They are also using COVID as an excuse for not giving oil changes in a reasonable amount of time. I have to wait three months.

Had some confusion at first was able to get in touch with the vice president he was very responsive and respectful and resolved my issue in a way that was highly satisfactory
Truly disappointed with this dealership. I was interested in preordering a vehicle through this dealership due to the incentives they were offering. I live in a different state, about 5 hours away, so I was expecting to do all business over phone and email. They stated that I needed to place a $1000 deposit to place the order, which I did a week after initial contact due to slow communication between the sales representative/GM/finance department. This place is an absolute joke. Every aspect of the place. Bought a used Chevy Cruze on a Friday, and they were going to put new tires on it for me as one of the tires had a screw in it, and another had a big slash. Fine. The following Monday, was informed that they finally sent the vehicle thru the service area, and were going to replace the turbo on it and put a catalytic converter on it.
