Loved the therapist I found via Cardinal, but their office + organization is super lacking. Had a lot of issues with scheduling/billing /insurance being handled correctly in the 3-ish years I was seen here from 2020-23. I was really hopeful that their APRN would be able to take on my med management, but I was told that their APRN was unable to take on any med management relating to my specific combination of diagnoses, which was frustrating. Genuinely breaks my heart to give this place 1 star as I had such high hopes. My therapist would show up nearly always 10 minutes late and then would end our sessions early repeatedly. My last session with her I asked to switch to virtual as she had told me repeatedly that was no big deal instead she didn’t respond to my email after I gave her plenty of hours of a heads up and she never spoke to me again completely abandoning me. Nancy is a NP that LISTENS & has a desire to learn about her clients before just throwing meds at them. Amber Davidson, I can't type enough. Being in and out of therapy for over 20 years, I feel heard and cared for more than I ever have. She takes time to listen and offer real honest help. My child hasn’t been seen here in months. at one point I had a credit on my account. Had even talked to Rachel the owner who said my account was paid in full. now months later they charge my account. can’t even bother to reach out to me first. so seriously reconsider before handing over your debit cards.
