Cardinal Cleaners as lost me as a customer after being a loyal, reliable and frequent customer for more than 30 years. This afternoon I dropped off shirts to be launched. In an effort to be friendly, I asked the attendant her name. She asked: “Why do you want to know?” I explained that I like to know the names of people I do business with. She replied: “You already asked me my name. My name is Ashley. You said that you have a niece named Ashley. They do their best to always satisfy the customer when it comes for the garments. Now when it comes to the customer service is unsatisfactory.

They iron shirts perfectly, and no other has ever done such an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Staff at this establishment is very rude. They ruined a new pair of pants that had been worn once. They did not take any responsibility for the damage whatsoever. Full of excuses and came up with "probably the way you walk". $95 down the drain. If I could give a negative 10 star rating I would. They told me to take to another cleaner to confirm what they said. Pilgrims down the street said damage due to cleaning. Took it back to Cardinals and they still wouldn't accept responsibility. STAY AWAY from this business.
