They do their best to always satisfy the customer when it comes for the garments. Now when it comes to the customer service is unsatisfactory.
They iron shirts perfectly, and no other has ever done such an excellent job. Highly recommended!
Staff at this establishment is very rude. They ruined a new pair of pants that had been worn once. They did not take any responsibility for the damage whatsoever. Full of excuses and came up with "probably the way you walk". $95 down the drain. If I could give a negative 10 star rating I would. They told me to take to another cleaner to confirm what they said. Pilgrims down the street said damage due to cleaning. Took it back to Cardinals and they still wouldn't accept responsibility. STAY AWAY from this business.

If I could, I would give it zero stars. This place wins the award for WORST customer service in Houston!!
