I don’t know why it seems like all of a sudden my luck went bad because after I bought the spa on Super Bowl Sunday, i received it shortly after from the delivery team but it hasn’t worked. The spa service department is dull and not very helpful. I’ve had to request them multiple times to resolve the same error message that keeps popping up on my jacuzzi. I just Hope they fix it in time before the warranty ends. I’m not having any fun with this pricey purchase in the least.
I shopped around at about half a dozen different Spa shops in San Diego. Bull had the tub I was looking for at the price I was looking for. From start to finish the process was great. Armando was super friendly and helpful through the whole process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a great product. Even the delivery was great.
Not a big showroom but Armando was great about answering all questions we had, and they have insane deals.
Stopped in again to replace a Bull barbecue thermometer. Aaron as always, was extremely helpful. Every time I've come in for assistance, he's done a great job. In the past he helped me photograph my burners and get some of them replaced that had been damaged. Aaron was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. A great help!
