Jeff was very helpful. He answered all of our questions. He was very resourceful and provided additional information to help us. This was a very rewarding experience. Said he would hold a car and then he sold it, did not even wait a full day. Not a man of his word, do not trust.
Rude customer service. Extremely rude. We returned from test driving the car and he came and took the keys and went into his office and slammed the door, no questions or information given no effort to make a sell. When approached, he stated it was hot outside so he went back into his office. I'd say he is racist. Listed Honda Accord as a 2017 but it was really a 2016.
