This unscrupulous realtor has accepted my earnest money for a property that was a short sale. That was December 9, 2014. The property was then allegedly sold in an auction and is now a bank-owned property, apparently since or before 3/27/2015. No communication from him about this at all. Also, Paul King has NOT returned my earnest money after several attempts at communication from my attorney. This man should lose his license to practice. Avoid at all costs.
