I had a natural disaster and lost my residence in April and had to abruptly move out of Franklin. I emailed the staff as soon as it happened, they said they would need proof of a new electricity bill of my new home to stop charging me. They charged me again on 4/21 and I got proof of my new electricity bill and sent it to them on 4/24 and asked for a refund because I no longer had my home in Franklin. FAC was a great gym at a great place. Carbon culture has barely any new equipment and the cost to go to the gym is now like 4x. Not to mention all the owners are juiced out on steroids and promote them all over the gym.
Just tried this place out for the first time and loved it. I'll be signing up now.
