I love this gym. I truly do, but y’all… please update & repair the things that need updates and repairs. The ONE assault bike had a broken thrown and needs a weight underneath the seat to be functional. Yall need double the number of kettle bells. The lack of variety there is hilarious. Having said all that, I’m giving Carbon 4/5 stars. Great staff. Clean facilities. Solid sauna. Been going here for years, clean, good environment and friendly staff. Kate gave me a sour gusher once and ive been going ever since.
Excellent service and always clean, and Hajer was very helpful!
Fees - Contracts - Don’t answer phone - Unorganized - Sauna doesn’t get hot.
