Made an appointment on line. Was seen on time. Nursing Asst, nurse, and PA were all friendly and made the visit easy. The medical staff were thorough and quick. They listened to me and answered my questions. They provided necessary meds which were sent to my pharmacy.
My visit was handled by a friendly staff and I received the diagnosis and referral in a timely manner. Very satisfied.
I would have preferred to not need urgent care on a Saturday morning but that’s not how it played out. I was able to get an appointment within an hour. They got me right back. And I had my vitals taken and was being seen by the PA at the time my appointment was set for. I felt safe and respected during the process and my concerns were taken seriously.
