Can with my boyfriend due to him getting poison ivy. He got called in and waited an hour in the exam room, then he finally got seen and she said she’d give him a shot and she’d be right back...another hour went by and still hasn’t come back to the exam room. When I asked the receptionist she said the doctor is seeing other patients. What the hell is she seeing other people when she’s not done with him. That’s inexcusable.
Everyone is stressed during these times but that is no reason to be rude to anyone. Patients , employees etc. if you think no one sees the eye rolls and hears the rude remarks you’re wrong. It’s seen and heard. And if that’s how you respond to hard workers and scared patients you are in the wrong profession. Disgraceful.
RecommendedI had a great experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and personable. The facility is clean. And it was so quick! I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Great place 👍🏻
