So far I've been to the Howell location twice and have had really great experiences. The staff is friendly, the drs are great and the wait time was minimal. I will defiantly be going back next time i need a walk in!
Doc and staff were great!! They tended to my needs!! Great place to go when you don't have the time to go to your primary doctors office!!
I just moved and don't have a primary physician yet so since My InstaDoc is 3 minutes from where I live I figured I'd give them a try. Everyone there was very nice. The doctor and the nurse who helped me were sweet and they took their time and listened to all my concerns. There was no wait when I went so I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I will definitely be going back in the future.
Dr. Martin is awesome! This is my first time here and I'm super impressed with the facility, staff and especially how I didn't have to wait long at all. A+
Called this clinic prior to sending my grandmother there. Amanda was very kind and helpful and took her time to ask me questions about my grandmother and write pertinent information down. Being a healthcare provider myself, I felt like my grandmother would be in good hands. I spoke with the doctor before my grandmother left, she explained the treatment plan and what to expect. Overall, I was very pleased with the care this clinic provided and would recommended them to others!
The doctor and nurses here were very attentive to my injury and actually took time to sit with me and talk about many medicine and treatment options. I was never rushed by them or treated like a number and my opinion and fears were taken into consideration. My only complaint is with the receptionist who has very poor customer service skills. She never smiled and barely talked and seemed really quite irritated with all of the patients, including myself. Not a very welcoming first impression!
I have been here twice and was very happy with the service both times. Two weeks ago, I saw Dr. Wilson for a horrible poison ivy rash I had on both arms. I was miserable and uncomfortable and she put me right at ease, prescribed graduated prescription of prednisone to help with the inflammation, and gave me suggestions of how to ease the itching. By the next day, I was already feeling better. I would highly recommend using Instadoc. Def ask to see Dr. Wilson...she was great.
