My experience here was horrible at best. Not once but twice.
Don't charge $300 for doing nothing!

They weren't able to give an estimate of the wait time when we got there. it ended up being almost 3 hours. they did not seem to be busy, only a few people were in the waiting room. I was there for my son. he's a child and doesn't have his own phone. they wouldn't allow my phone number to be used as the patient number and the emergency contact. It hasn't been a problem any place else that requires an emergency contact. Overall, between the paperwork and the wait time, I'll go somewhere else next time.
Went to this facility ONLY because it was where my insurance sent me for work accident. They took xray, put brace on arm, was told it was SPRAIN. Told to come back 2 day follow up. Went, different MD, told her my concerns I felt needed more xrays, other injuries, AGAIN told rest, come back. BUT TOLD TO GO BACK TO WORK FULL DUTY! Immediately called my insurance, insisted on ORTHO referral, went to Ortho, FRACTURE seen On IMAGES FROM URGENT CARE!!!!!! He then took more xrays and noted another fracture! MISDIAGNOSED!!! Great quick service at the front desk, went early in the morning so I was called back right away. The nurse took all vitals quickly and asked a lot of questions to make sure she understood why I was there. Was seen by doctor quickly, and needed to do blood tests. The nurse was fantastic while taking blood she even took her time to make sure she was finding the right vein before just pricking me all over. I hate doing blood but the nurse made it super easy and even brought another nurse in to talk to me while she was doing it... read more
Great place to go!! They put my mind at ease and they are very friendly and polite! What a great experience!! I would recommend this place to anyone! Not a long wait to see a doctor!
They missed diagnosed my son wrong . He was diagnosed with a pimple in his ear . Two days later his pediatrician said it was swimmers ear .
