Erick is one of the most dedicated people I know in the 12v industry. His work is top notch and although geographically Impossible for him to work on my vehicles I wouldn’t hesitate to drop my ride off with Carbon Autosports to fully customize my vehicle. He will go above and beyond what most other shops will do to ensure a happy client. You don’t need to take my word for it just go in and talk to them and see for yourself. My dad lived 60 plus miles from Erick and he drove down to swap a radio for me. Come to find out, my dad just didn’t know how to operate the the radio. Erick showed him and everything was good. Thank you. On a second note, I referred a friend to Erick for a remote start, she drove from Dayton to Columbus for the install. She thought he was great.👍🏻
