I have lived at a lot of apartments in Madison and I can truly say my experience living at carbon has been nothing but positive. The property manager Dawn, has been amazing to myself and my family. Really caring and understanding, She takes really good care of her property and people living there. Any concerns or issues I have had were always addressed immediately and professionally. Poor management. Took 3 months to process basic information, lost documents throughout the process and zero transparency.
