Someone I know had her services through legal aid .what I seen of this ,she wasn't involved in the case at all,not effective,,did not keep client up to date with information retaining about the case,she did not take in account what her client wanted or said to her,in my belief she did poor job due to the services were from legal aid,if she retained Carbo I think it would have went different .Carbo was not at all involved,my friend should have been her own lawyer due to this
