They can make repairs to properties. Windows are falling out of the house, broken and do not open, carpets are stained and smell like urine, no screens on doors, toilet doesn’t work, cabinets falling apart, refrigerator is missing pieces, garage door is broken and they do not make an effort to make the repairs when contacted.
RecommendedI have been a tenant of Caravan for about 4 years now and have never had one bad experience. They are always timely with work requests and are so easy to work with! Thank you for being such a great company and dependable!!
O stars would be the better review. A little truth in advertising would be welcome. I was so disrespected by the employees and called a liar when I said I didnt recieve some information. Jessica was dismissive and rude. Cuss words were directed at us when we were leaving.
This place is very understanding and very helpful. Staff is great I definitely recommend Caravan Properties!
Worst company of any sort i have ever delt with. They will rob you of your money at every chance possible. Do not even waste money on an application fee. It will lead to years of expensive and horrible service. Renters there are plenty of other companies out there. Avoid this one at all cost! Read the google reviews, its obvious they are a horrible bunch of crooks. If I could give this company a negative I would!!!! They are horrible to rent from, never fixed anything and charged me for bullshit things after we moved out. With out telling us first! They didn't do a walk through before we gave the keys back like they should have. NEVER RENT FROM THEM!!!!!

What little I did learn was you did not like the amount you earned at move out due to cleaning expenses.
