I absolutely would never reach out to these people again. I got a counselor and went to a couple of appointments and on the third appointment was being threatened with being thrown into the mental ward even though I didn't even talk about plans to harm me or anyone else. Simply because I was mentally overloaded and didn't have a way to not be overloaded It will suggest that I go to a mental ward to help get my medicine. This has to be the worst place. They never answer the phones. I know there is someone who hears the phone ringing. I guess they are to be busy on their phones.Please do better. What’s the point of being a crisis center when noone answer the phone?
If you want to face judgment, ignorance, overly long eyelashes and stigma, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, PLEASE go somewhere else.
I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff for the exceptional care they provided to my nephew during his stay. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Every staff member I interacted with demonstrated excellent customer service skills. I would give this crisis center five stars or more.
The staff is very caring and knowledgeable about the patient care and treatment. I know my son is going to get the proper treatment for his mental health as well as his drug addiction.
