Poor quality for a hefty price! You’ll spend a ton of time filling nail holes for finished nails, and cleaning off nail filler for the larger nail holes. I’m still trying to clean off caulk on my tubs. Get an outside inspection before you move in and before your 11 month warranty is up. The builder will find every excuse why they won’t fix something even though you get a warranty for a year. Document everything! I will never buy another DRH home no matter where we live.
