Very poor management. Building infested by mice and cockroaches. Bad smell they only clean when there is inspection coming. No maintenance at all in the unit. No safety, no security. No security for car parking as well. Anyone can enter the building, most of the time main door is broken. Serious health and hygiene issue Never change/clean AC filter. Never change chimney filter. Very old appliances in units. Aging pipes causing water leaks continuously.
If you love living in filth, squalor and no AC this is the place for you. No matter how much you call management they won't return your calls. They should be in court these owners are slumlords
This property is trash, They don't have any management to listen your complain or maintain, You will find mice and cockroaches every where.
