I went to see Cara when I was freshly postpartum. Her healing touch allowed me to process my birth and let go of some of the stress I was carrying from having a baby in the NICU. I highly recommend her services to all pregnant and postpartum mommas. Thanks Cara! You’re doing deeply healing work.
Cara is such a skilled massage therapist. Somehow, she knows exactly what my body needs every time I’m on her massage table, and she caters my session to that. I don’t even know how much tension I carry in my body until she works through it and releases it-I always leave feeling incredible! This review is long overdue. Cara is excellent in every respect. I went to her for regular massage therapy during my pregnancy, and continue to see her postpartum. She is calm and caring, and provides so much more than physical therapy. She makes a genuine (but not pushy or intrusive) effort to get to know you and your needs, and adjusts her services to provide the most effective massage therapy. I am so grateful for Cara and her services. I went in for a prenatal massage at 41 weeks pregnant. Cara was attentive & considerate. She spent time understanding how I was feeling, and what may be going on in my pregnancy, and work on techniques that help with those realities.
